At Together SC, we believe that well-managed, responsibly governed nonprofits create stronger, healthier communities. We're dedicated to uniting SC's nonprofit and philanthropic leaders, agents of change, and community advocates—our Allies for Good—to build vibrant, equitable communities. 

We're excited to announce the launch of the 2025 Compensation & Benefits Study, conducted in partnership with the Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Center for Livable Communities at the College of Charleston. This vital study provides essential insights into competitive pay and benefits within our state's nonprofit sector. 

Your participation ensures that together, we can better understand and invest in our greatest resource—our people. By contributing, you'll help reveal critical trends, highlight opportunities for growth, and proactively address disparities. 

All participating Together SC member organizations will receive the comprehensive study report FREE of charge (a $350 value!).
