2025 Board Elections

Nonprofit and Philanthropic organizations are voting members of Together SC, and as such are invited to vote for members of the Board of Directors who will lead Together SC in the years ahead.

The Governance Committee has nominated and the Board has approved a slate of three nominees for a first term.  listed at the bottom of this page. (No current Board members are up for re-election) You may view each nominee's bio by clicking "View Profile".

Together SC's bylaws require that:

1. The Board is to have no more than 21 and no less than 11 members. The Board, with the nominees below, will have 13 members on July 1, 2025.
2. A majority of Board Members be senior staff of 501(c)3 organizations. The Board, with the nominees below, will be 85% 501(c)3 staff, on July 1, 2025.
3. The slate must be approved by a majority votes, with at least 10 percent of voting members voting. Each active 501(c)3 member organization has one vote. 

The link to the Ballot will be emailed to the primary contact on the member record of Nonprofit and Philanthropic members.

Ballots will be accepted from Wednesday May 14, 2025, until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.

If you should have received that email, but did not, please contact Together SC staff! 

New Board Members will take office on July 1, 2025.
