With 12+ years of experience in organizational development and non-profit strategy, Mia specializes in human-centered stakeholder collaborations, including virtual facilitation. She has led multiple organizations in applying a human-centered approach to strategic planning, grant-making, and organizational governance. By applying a participatory approach in dozens of settings, Mia brings a wealth of experience and case studies to her work.
