I am a leadership coach known for helping nonprofit leaders to be great managers. I partner with leaders who are feeling drained by people problems and unprepared to lead teams that are stuck in conflict and confusion. As a former nonprofit leader and educator, I provide a tailored coaching experience to help leaders get to the root cause of team frustration; create an action plan; and gain tools & strategies to build trust so they can end team dysfunction, develop management skills, and deliver on their mission.
