Kim Fabian

Hello, I'm Kim Fabian, a leadership and communications consultant whose career path provides a wealth of experiences that inform my work and perspectives—as a corporate professional, business owner, nonprofit executive, and board member. As Chief Experience Officer of Elevatr, I work with non-profit and other purpose-driven leaders to reduce the sense of overload as they grow their organizations. We do this through a focus on strategy, process, and wellbeing.

I've had the privilege of leading projects to fuel transformational growth, strengthen brand awareness, and develop excellence in programming that fostered experiential learning, peak performance, access to the arts, workforce development, and community health.

Throughout my career, I have most enjoyed opportunities to develop and implement strategic vision, drive positive change, and mobilize teams through transparency and meaningful vision. A published author and seasoned speaker, I’ve made more than 100 presentations to a variety of audiences and appeared on radio, TV, and print outlets across the country.
