Learning with the Spartanburg Joint Funders
2022 SC Nonprofit Compensation & Benefits Study Review
Robert Hett Chapman III Center for Philanthropy
431 East Kennedy Street Spartanburg, SC 29302-1915 United States
The 2022 SC Nonprofit Compensation & Benefits Study brought to light many opportunities and challenges for nonprofits. The Community Foundation of the Lowcountry and many other funders championed this study, while participation by nearly 500 nonprofits from across the state made it successful.
Please join us on Wednesday, December 14 from 1:30 pm-3:00 pm to learn more about the study findings and to discuss what action we can take to address them. This is an opportunity for CEOs/Executive Directors, HR folks, and Board Chairs.
You can expect the following:
- to learn more about ways to address pay and benefits equity
- to hear how your peers are managing a challenging labor market
- to help Joint Funders understand how to manage and respond to a projected leadership shift in the coming years
To prepare for this session, we encourage you to start by reading the executive summary, and when registering to obtain your free copy of the full report (if you participated in the survey) or purchasing a copy if you didn't participate. Be sure to read the call to action.
You can expect a brief overview of the study findings. We will then spend most of our time using poll questions to understand better what you are interested in learning about and then discussing actions we can take to address the study findings.
This session is co-hosted by the Spartanburg Joint Funders and Together SC.
