Enroll in Auto-Pay at any time and get a discount on your dues!
Back in 2021, we rolled out "Auto-Pay", an option for members to "Set it and forget it!" (As Ron Popeil used to say) to save their preferred payment method and have their membership automatically renewed each year, and receive 10% off on their dues!
It's very popular! As of writing, 195 member organizations are enrolled in Auto-Pay!
Unfortunately, one of the restrictions then was that members could only enroll at the point of paying their current assessed dues, so the discount could not be applied until the following year. This was a technical limitation of our software that we could not get around.
GOOD NEWS! That limitation has been lifted! Members may now save their preferred payment method on their member profile and opt-into Auto-Pay at ANY TIME!
Here's how:
- The organizational representative who has "management access" to your organization's member record, will log in to togethersc.org and navigate to their Member Compass page. Not sure if you have management access? If you are able to edit your organization's profile as well as your own, you have management access. If you don't, but need to, let your Together SC team know, and we'll get you set up.
- Then, from Member Compass, go to the "Payment" tab on the left side menu. (See Image Below)
- Add a new payment method, if you don't currently have one.
- Then, under the "Auto-Pay Membership" heading, click the toggle next to your organization's name and select the payment method you just entered.
That's it! As long as you have enrolled 30 days before your dues are due, the discount will automatically be applied. If not, please let us know, and we can recalculate your dues.
Concerned about security? No worries, your credit card data will live on Intuit Payments' secure servers, and Together SC's staff do not have access to it. (This is why we cannot set this up for you, as well)
