She is the Founder of JW Consulting, an Executive Consulting & Strategic Planning firm that focuses on dismantling the people and operational hurdles that can stall growth and rebuild with an infrastructure that is designed for scalability. As the former Founder and CEO of Willis HR, Jada successfully sold a thriving seven-figure HR Consulting firm in 2022. She has honed her HR and leadership acumen through 18 years of experience within Fortune 100 organizations and small businesses.
